Residential Country Lodge
Our client purchased a 2,100 sq. ft. dilapidated, derelict lodge with outbuildings, which was originally designed around the turn of the last century.
The brief was to transform the property into a family home while staying true to the heritage of the house. This involved severe structural and restoration works, space-planning the home and creating the interiors surfaces, whilst adding a new, contemporary, extension to the rear (with over 500 sq. ft. of extra space).
Once the structure and layout of the house was complete, we focused on bringing to life the agreed upon residential interior design concept. We fitted out the property with underfloor heating and the latest audio, visual and security technology. From there, our interior design team set about combining the house’s past sense of grandeur with modern-day functionality. They achieved this classic and sophisticated look through the use of solid oak floors, marble fireplaces and bespoke furniture throughout.
