Radisson Blu is an upper upscale brand for Radisson Hotels. They operate 265 hotels worldwide. We were asked to complete a  2,400 sq. ft. refurbishment project for the Radisson Blu hotel in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. With the Radisson Hotel Group having a policy of never operating name brand restaurants and pubs in any of their properties, we worked with them closely on creating a new and unique brand that would best work for them.

Originally a sports bar, the client felt that they were limiting their clientele with the look, feel and offering of the bar. From early stage discussions with the client, we identified the need to create a bar that appealed to not only their hotel guests but also to the large, local ex-pat community as well as the diving tourists that frequented the area. By combining these factors with what Oman currently had to offer, it became evident that a European style gastropub would best fit this market. We designed every element of the pub, from the unique brand logo through to the ornate light fittings that would adorn the walls, in our Dublin office. With all the materials being created in our manufacturing facilities, we were able to ensure that the highest quality of sustainable products were produced.
